2. SMS Messaging Program — Description and Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive text messages from SEXTON & SANDERS LAW FIRM, P.A. for the following purposes:

Lead follow-up: Confirming receipt of your free case review request, and following up if we have not yet connected with you

Appointment communications: Confirming a scheduled consultation and sending reminder messages (approximately 24 hours, 2 hours, and 10 minutes before your appointment)

Missed or cancelled appointment follow-up: Notifying you if a scheduled consultation was missed or cancelled, and inviting you to reschedule

General case-related communication: Other informational messages related to your inquiry or case, sent by our team

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with our Firm (for example, someone with a scheduled consultation will receive more messages than someone who has not yet booked).

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from SEXTON & SANDERS LAW FIRM, P.A. at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in by submitting a new consent through our website or another authorized channel.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SEXTON & SANDERS LAW FIRM, P.A. and its SMS/messaging service providers are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the transmission of text messages that are outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, carrier filtering, or issues with your mobile device. Wireless carriers participating in our SMS program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services, submit information through our forms, or opt in to our SMS or email communications. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send communications to, individuals under the age of 18.

8. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a form, requesting a free case review, scheduling a consultation, or exchanging messages with SEXTON & SANDERS LAW FIRM, P.A. through our website, SMS program, phone, or email does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship is formed until both parties execute a written engagement agreement. Information you submit prior to the formation of an attorney-client relationship may not be treated as privileged or confidential in the same manner as communications with a retained attorney, although we handle all such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
